This series of products is based on the traditional precision oil purifier, the control system is upgraded to a PLC control system, and an online particle counter is added to monitor the oil cleanliness in real time. When the oil cleanliness reaches or exceeds the preset value of the equipment, the equipment switches to energy-saving mode. When the system detects that the oil cleanliness exceeds the standard, the system starts the standard purification working mode, thus realizing the closed-loop control of oil cleanliness management. On the one hand, this operating mode can save energy and reduce consumption, and on the other hand, it can reduce equipment wear to a certain extent and extend the service life of equipment and filter elements.

1. Product Features
1. The equipment runs more intelligently. The system can automatically select the appropriate operating mode based on the comparison of the current state of the oil with the set standard.
2. The control system adopts PLC. All the pipeline control valves inside the equipment are electric ball valves. The opening and closing operations of the valves are controlled by the PLC system.
3. The equipment can send alarm information and prompt information to the user through the touch screen, for example: prompting the user “The filter element is saturated, please replace the filter element”, “The front filter is blocked, please clean or replace it in time”.
4. The oil drainage work before replacing the filter element is simpler. There is no need to discharge the oil in the filter tank. Just follow the operation manual. The system can discharge all the oil in the precision filter tank to the built-in transfer temporary storage tank. After the filter element is replaced, the system will automatically send the oil in the transfer temporary storage tank back to the filtration system for continued filtration, which simplifies the preparation work for filter element replacement.
5. The system monitors the pressure at specific points in real time. The change in pressure can reflect the degree of saturation or blockage of the filter element. When the filter element is blocked or saturated, the system will send a prompt message to the user to clearly tell the user what happened and how to deal with it.
6. This equipment uses precision series filter elements with excellent filtering performance and high filtering accuracy.
7. This equipment is suitable for mineral oil and hydraulic oil.
